Easiest way is to call us. You can also request an appointment from our webpage. You will need a doctor’s referral to be seen. Please upload the referral on the webpage or send your referral via email. Our doctors will prefer to have your referral before appointment. In special cases you may bring your referral with you on the day of appointment. You can always contact us and our friendly receptionist will be able to guide you.
Yes, however you will not be eligible for the Medicare rebate.
There will be a small gap for consultations which varies amongst specialists however it is lower than the recommended AMA rate. It will also vary if you are a new or a review patient. Medicare will cover a large portion of the fees, provided there is a valid referral from a general practitioner or specialist. Department of Veterans Affairs patients are bulk billed.

Outpatient consultations are not covered by the health fund so you may incur a gap payment.
