Parisa is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) dedicated to promoting health and wellness through personalised nutrition counselling and education. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a passion for food literacy, she empowers clients to make informed dietary choices tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Before transitioning to dietetics, Parisa earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist in both Australia and overseas, giving her a broad and integrative perspective on healthcare.
Parisa has a particular interest in the dietary management of gastrointestinal conditions, liver disease and diabetes. She also provides expert, non-restrictive nutrition care to support healthy weight reduction and help you reclaim your health, while ensuring your body receives all the essential nutrients it needs.
Outside of work, as a trained pastry chef, Parisa enjoys modifying recipes, cooking, and baking. She also regularly participates in group hikes and engages in strength training exercises.
