Practice management FAQ’s
1- I use a particular kind of software which your secretary may not be familiar
There are several cloud based softwares available. Our secretaries have used most of them, however we can always organise a training session for the secretary
2- Is there a charge for using sessions at QGOS Upper Mount Gravatt?
If QGOS is providing practice management then there is no cost to use the sessional suites owned by QGOS however if your work somewhere else then QGOS does not cover the cost for those sessions but will still manage the rest of everything.
3- How does transcription work?
You dictate the letter on your mobile (we will help you download an app) and send the dictation to us with a single touch, Our transcription team will get your letter ready within 48 hours which will be delivered to you either in your email or within your software.
4- What are your fees?
Unlike other practice management services, QGOS has created a model carefully to ensure you get the maximum benefits. Our service fee varies based on your income. More you earn, less you will give to QGOS. Contact us today to get further information on our packages.
